Ich habe einen sehr teuren Drucker im Sozial-Kaufhaus erstanden. Und hinterher erfahren, dass er sehr alt ist, neue Patronen mindestens 60,- Euro kosten würden. Da ich eine - wegen Corona - arbeitslose Erzieherin bin, bat ich darum, den Drucker umzutauschen. Dies wurde mir aufs Unfreundlichste von einer Mitarbeiterin mit Brille verweigert.
