The Guardianship Court is a division of the District Court. In accordance with the procedure in family matters and in the matters of the Voluntary Jurisdiction, the Guardianship Court is responsible for the matters of accommodation and care for adults. In contrast to the Guardianship Court, the Supervision Court is not responsible for the care and housing matters of minors.
